Al-Giza Municipality Building

Scope: The project is located in Amman, Al-Jeeza on plot number (4008) of basin number (3) in Al-Muwaris, Giza Village, Capital Governorate. The land area is 10 dunams, and the total project area is 7145.72 m².

The project consists of a basement floor with a total area of 1507 m², a ground floor with a total area of 1903 m², a first floor with a total area of 1636 m², a second floor with a total area of 660 m², a third floor with a total area of 650 m², and a fourth floor with a total area of 787 m², in addition to the external works.

The project includes structural works, external facades made of natural Rweishid stone, basalt stone, and PGRC facades. It also includes internal finishes, electromechanical systems, and external works.
