Scope: Construction of a 1,000 m² integrated military unit for the Southern Military Region.
The project features a two-story Administration building, a single-story Officers' Club, and specialized warehouses. Security infrastructure includes reinforced concrete watchtowers, a boundary metal fence, and a fortified concrete gate.
Beyond the civil and MEP works, the site development included a rapid-response canopy, asphalt road networks, and landscaped green areas with integrated planters.
