Scope: Construction of two schools in two different locations under one contract (Irbid City & Mafraq City), with a total build up area of 8,000 m², as follows:
- Al-Bayada Secondary School: Consists of one main building with four floors and a total build up area of 4,000 m², on a plot of land with an area of 7,600 m².
- Al-Hamra Primary School: Consists of one main building with four floors and a total build up area of 4,000 m², on a plot of land with an area of 6,000 m².
Both schools include external facades made of natural Ruwished stone, interior finishes, as well as mechanical and electrical works. The project also includes external works such as external yards from cement tiles and stamped concrete, sports fields, green areas with an area of 2,200 m², retaining walls, and gates.
