the Labor Village - Phase One

Scope: The project involves the design and construction of workers’ residential buildings with a total area of 13,133 m² on a plot of land measuring 22,000 m².

The project includes:

• Workers' Housing: Consisting of two buildings with a total area of 7,800 m².

• Visitor Accommodation: Consisting of two chalets with a total area of 250 m².

• Officials' Housing: A two-story building with a total area of 1,000 m².

• Housing Manager's Office: A two-story building with a total area of 500 m².

• Additional Workers' Housing: A three-story building with a total area of 1,800 m².

• Facilities: A mosque (200 m²), a security unit, commercial shops (200 m²), and a multipurpose hall (250 m²).

• Restaurant: A two-story building with a total area of 900 m².

• Administration Building: With an area of 200 m².

The project also includes external works such as sidewalks, asphalt roads, a main water tank, a sewage treatment plant, a gate, electrical rooms, and external fences.
