The Naval Infantry Battalion / First Phase

Scope: Construction of six reinforced concrete buildings designed for military operations. The facility includes a primary Command Building for the battalion, specialized warehouses, administrative offices, and electrical control rooms.

The contract encompassed all civil works, high-security interior finishes, and integrated MEP (mechanical and electrical) systems. External works included the development of site utilities, heavy-duty asphalt road networks, and landscaped green areas.
