Scope: Development of the Second Commercial Area, including the construction of a two-story parking structure with a total built-up area of 4,222 m².

The project features high-durability concrete flooring and specialized exhaust-resistant interior paint. It also includes comprehensive parking accessories (column guards, speed bumps, wheel stoppers, reflective paint), full MEP systems, boom barriers, external landscaping, sidewalks, asphalt roads, and integrated signage.
